Development status
Where the platform is, and where it is not.
BaseArbBot.ai is developed in disclosed phases. Each phase has to be validated before the next begins, and the public status here is kept deliberately conservative.
Multi-market burn-in — preparing
The expanded market universe is in preflight verification. The official observation clock has not been started, and no burn-in result is being published as a performance claim.
Roadmap
Six phases, sequentially gated.
- 01
Foundation & simulation
ValidatedDeterministic arbitrage math, cost and gas modelling, paper execution engine and inventory reconciliation, covered by an automated regression suite.
- 02
Live market data & paper execution
CurrentExecutable quoting from Base pools and centralized order books, opportunity confirmation, latency-aware two-leg simulation and a live-paper burn-in.
- 03
Multi-market discovery & execution readiness
NextWider asset universe, venue capability matrix, market ranking and validation of the risk surface a real execution engine would need.
- 04
Controlled live execution
FutureTightly bounded execution with hard risk limits and full reconciliation. Not built; real trading remains disabled.
- 05
Strategy & capital optimisation
FutureAllocation, inventory placement and route selection tuned against measured results.
- 06
Production automation & scale
FutureOperational automation, monitoring and runbooks.
Execution
Real trading is disabled by design.
Live execution is not a feature flag away. It would require a separate, independently controlled execution service with its own risk limits, reconciliation and mandate — and it does not exist today.
No custody
The platform holds no funds and has no path to move any.
No order submission
Venue integrations are read-only market data adapters.
No autonomous capital
Nothing in the system can allocate, deposit or withdraw.
Limitations
Stated up front, not buried.
Credibility comes from disclosing constraints before anyone has to discover them.
- Real trading is disabled. There is no order submission path, no custody, no deposits and no withdrawals.
- Results are simulated. Simulated fills approximate real execution but cannot fully reproduce queue position, partial fills or venue-side rejections.
- Venue availability varies. At least one major centralized venue is region-restricted from our infrastructure and is excluded rather than approximated.
- Some centralized venues quote against USD rather than USDC, leaving a small basis term that is disclosed rather than modeled away.
- Expanded markets are under preflight verification and are not represented as validated opportunities.
- Cross-leg conversions, such as cbBTC against BTC, carry rebalancing friction that a live engine would need to solve before those markets are actionable.
- No performance figures are published, and no statement on this site should be read as a claim of past or future profitability.
